• Entry to Spa Diamond Derby prize draw and competitions run via Facebook Or Twitter (the "Prize Draw") is open to UK residents aged 16 and over, except employees of Spa Diamond Derby or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and competitions.
• To enter the Twitter Prize Draw and competitions, you must send an @reply message to the @SpaDiamondB Twitter account, or retweet a message from the @SpaDiamondB Twitter account by the relevant closing date and time; such method to be specified in the relevant promotional Tweet. If you win, you will need to follow @SpaDiamondB so that you can send a direct message to @SpaDiamondB with your contact information. You may then subsequently unfollow @SpaDiamondB if you wish. • To enter the Facebook Prize Draw and competitions, you must like the Spa Diamond Derby Facebook page AND Like the Spa Diamond Derby Facebook promotional post AND Share the Spa Diamond Derby Facebook promotional post by the relevant closing date and time; such method to be specified in the relevant promotional post. If you win, you will need to Spa Diamond Derby Facebook Page so that you can send a private message to Spa Diamond Derby Facebook page with your contact information. • There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
• The prize(s) will be as set out in the relevant promotional Tweet Or Post.
• The winner(s) will be selected at random within 7 days of the closing date and notified by direct message if they already follow @SpaDiamondB. If the winner(s) do not follow @SpaDiamondB, Spa Diamond Derby will send the winner(s) a Tweet or Private Facebook Message advising that they have won and asking the winner(s) to follow @SpaDiamondB.
• Unless otherwise stated, the winner(s) must claim their prize(s) within 4 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Spa Diamond Derby reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The UK prize winner(s) shall have their prize sent to them via Royal Mail Signed for First Class. The ROI prize winner[s] shall have their prize sent to their nearest store for collection.
• Any decision of Spa Diamond Derby as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw and competitions or the result of the Prize Draw and competitions will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Spa Diamond Derby accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.twitter.com www.facebook.com or any other reason.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize(s).
• Images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Spa Diamond Derby reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
• Spa Diamond Derby reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
• Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Twitter's terms of service and Facebook's terms of service.
• The winner(s) may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
• A list of winners' names and counties will be available on request within 1 month after the winners' have claimed the prize(s) by sending an email to info@spa-diamond-Derby.co.uk

• The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
